Through a series of monthly workshops, community projects, and real-world challenges, participants become changemakers in their local communities, driving social action and positive impact.

Disruptors nurtures future leaders who are ready to tackle the biggest issues of today and shape a better tomorrow.

What’s Happening?

JLGB Disruptors 2025: Be the Change

Disruptors is JLGB’s leadership programme for 16–18-year-olds ready to make real change.

Across the year, you’ll join monthly workshops, community projects, and challenges tackling issues like mental health, inequality, and climate change — giving you a platform to make your voice heard.

You’ll build teamwork, resilience, creativity, and confidence. Plus, you’ll connect with a network of like-minded teens, making friends and growing as a leader.

Where’s It Happening?

Your Disruptors journey starts at a central Northwest London location (to be confirmed) — a space made for creativity, connection, and leadership.

This accessible venue will bring together young people from across the city to share ideas, make change, and grow together through workshops and projects all year.

Get ready to meet other ambitious 16–18-year-olds ready to disrupt the norm and lead the way.

Each Disruptors session is your chance to kick off a new chapter of leadership, creativity, and real impact. Join us for an inspiring workshop where you’ll meet fellow young leaders, build confidence, and develop the skills that will guide you throughout the programme. After the session, stick around for a social event to connect, share ideas, and make lasting friendships.

How Much?

At JLGB, we believe every young person deserves the chance to lead, grow, and make a difference — no matter their background.

That’s why the Disruptors programme is completely free for all 16–18-year-olds.

Across the year, you’ll take part in monthly workshops, design your own social action projects, and build real-world skills — all while earning a nationally recognised leadership qualification.
