Five Unforgettable Days. One Giant Mystery.

JLGB winter camps offer a wide range of innovative activities to suit everyone; if it is your first camp you will be welcomed and soon settle in! There are always lots of things to do!

Our days are packed with so many exciting opportunities to learn new skills, make friends and have fun! In the evenings, the magic of camp comes to life with game shows, musicals and incredible entertainment, where YOU are the star!

Start each day early with a personalised timetable, including activities with your team and other age groups. You can also choose—kick a ball, play a board game, or catch up with friends. The day flies by, ending with hot chocolate, ready for another adventure.

Our team structure makes creating new friendships easy—you'll meet many people and form close bonds. Your teammates will be your age, mixing familiar and new faces. At times, you'll join a larger group of different ages, with plenty of competitions to unite your camp family!

As well as working with your team, some sessions take place with everyone in your particular age group, so you can meet people of a similar age. This is a great chance to mix with some different people who aren't in your team, as well as take part in activity especially for you.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are when some of the best camp memories are made. Enjoy delicious food, catch up with friends, play games, or take a well-earned shower break. This is your chance to shape your camp experience before the next session begins—how will you spend it?

JLGB activities are all about learning something new! Throughout camp, our Skills Clubs give you the chance to explore different interests, develop new skills and try something you might not have done before. You’ll get to choose from a range of options on camp and spend time developing your skills.

Go away for 5 days and take part in brand new experiences. On JLGB Winter Camp there's so many opportunities to learn something new with world renowned speakers, professionally delivered training and personal development sessions.

Whether you're sports mad, or just have a competitive edge, our mix of friendly social kickabouts and grand tournaments mean everyone can get involved.  Every day you'll be able to work with your team in a new sport, and during the breaks you're always welcome to practice!

JLGB camps are renowned for their stunning evening extravaganzas, and are your chance to get involved on stage. Camp nights are packed with shows, immersive experiences, so many surprises - always ending with a party! With state-of-the art equipment, you'll feel like you're in a live West End audience.

Friends for life. That's what you'll be making on camp. You'll have so many opportunities to meet new people your age (and more) - from all over the UK! If it's your first time we'll help you settle in and introduce you to your peers and future mates.

It's so important to remember the importance of giving back to others around us, and on camp you'll have the chance to complete Acts of Kindness and learn how to carry on making a difference when you get home. Camp is it's own special community, which you'll be a part of!

Your leadership journey starts here. JLGB is shaping tomorrow's leaders, and you can be one of them. With opportunities to lead a team and help others, you'll gain skills and confidence. We'll teach advanced techniques and provide mentoring to help you become the best you can be.

Your safety and happiness are most important to us during your stay on camp. We hope that you will have a great time on camp, and we are there for you if you're feeling unwell or a bit low. Your leaders will ensure that you're having the very best time, and will point you in the right direction for anything you may need.

The Medical Team will collect your medication on arrival and make sure you get it at the right times! If you do feel unwell, there is a fully-equipped first aid room manned throughout the day. In the event of an emergency we have 24 hour care and we are registered with all local hospitals.

JLGB has many years of experience in dealing with sensitive issues and any welfare concerns will be addressed with care and confidentiality by our Welfare Team.

We have a dedicated security team, working closely with the CST, to make sure that you are kept safe whilst at camp. During the night leaders are never far away, emergency points and leader’s rooms are clearly marked. Emergency phone numbers will be issued should parents need to contact their child whilst at camp.
