JLGB has the perfect opportunity for you to get fit and have fun, whilst benefiting thousands of young Jewish people nationwide!
Following on from the success of last year’s JLGB Maccabi Fun Run team, JLGB have decided to up the ante this year and raise record amounts to invest in youth projects around the UK.
This is where you and the JLGB Squad come in… 100 runners raising £100 each for JLGB and the projects that you care about. You can choose between running 1k, 5k or 10k so you don’t have to be Mo Farah or Jessica Ennis-Hill, you can run the distance that you feel comfortable with. Race alongside your friends, your family or even your foes to get those competitive juices flowing and push yourself to achieve greatness in the community.
Make the Fun Run a family event. Run, walk, hop or skip the 1k with your children, cousins, siblings, aunts and uncles! There’s also a fantastic fun zone for the younger ones with a whole host of amazing activities, from bouncy castles to face painting and much more. There’s something for everyone…
If you or someone you know has benefited from participating in JLGB weekly groups or camps, volunteered with evolve, had the summer of a lifetime on Israel Tour or NCS, or taken the challenge with DofE and want to give something back, this is your chance. All money you raise will be directly invested in improving the experience offered to all young people across the country
One hundred of you raising £100 will raise £10,000 and it will change the lives of thousands of young people. Alongside this, use this fundraising opportunity to log your hours on evolve towards your Yoni Jesner or vinspired awards!
