This year the JLGB Junior Spring camp brought together over 80 young people from all corners of the UK over the Bank Holiday weekend in May.  The camp had a 'Commonwealth' theme and activities included our version of the Commonwealth Games and a gripping mystery where one of the Queen's corgi's was stolen!

One of the highlights of the weekend was the bouncy castle extravenganza where everyone had the chance to play on a wide range of inflatables for the whole afternoon.  After all that 'bouncing' around it was amazing that the children all stayed awake long enough to enjoy the 'nearly' midnight feast.

The days were also filled with more traditional sports, arts & crafts and the amazing site adventure activities such as Go Karting, Treasure Hunts and Caving.  All of this led to an amazing ampotsphere filled with laughter and all the children had smiles permenatly on their faces.

For many, this was their first time away from home but they had a fantastic time! Our amazing team of adult volunteers made sure everyone was looked after and helped to keep it the camp has 'homely' as possible.
