Pink Night

Breast-Cancer-Care4

Nearly 100 members, parents and friends of JLGB attended a “Pink Night” which raised over £300 for Breast Cancer Research.

The “fun-tastic” activities included ‘elastic fun’ in the shape of a Bungee Run plus stalls for arts and crafts, lucky dip, a raffle, face painting and more.  Keeping with the theme, the pink chocolate fountain was a favourite with many people going back time after time for their pink dip!  As it was the sixth day of Chanukah – the festival of lights – six candles were lit.

Elise Cirsch said “I am so proud of the Ilford Girls for all their hard work, and the staff who all pulled together to make the evening such a success.  My charity, Premiere Pink, who work in conjunction with Breast Cancer Care, will benefit from the £331.70 that was raised on the night.”
