JLGB is more than just an organisation—it’s where I found confidence, built lifelong friendships, and made unforgettable memories. It’s a second home that’s shaped who I am and brought me into a community that continues to inspire and support me.
Why are you excited to work for JLGB?
I’m excited to give back to the organisation that had such a positive impact on my life. Being part of the team means helping others grow and thrive through the same opportunities I had—plus, I get to visit some incredible places through DofE!
What is your favourite JLGB moment?
The pre-summer camp barbecue is always a highlight—the excitement, good food, and buzz of what’s to come really captures the JLGB spirit. Taking part in my Gold DofE also stands out as a proud, unforgettable achievement.
Tell us about your role within JLGB
I support a bit of everything across JLGB, from logistics and programmes to day-to-day tasks. No two days are the same, and I love being part of a team that helps create amazing experiences for young people. Having grown up with JLGB, it’s great to now help shape the journey for others.
