What does JLGB mean to you?
Being part of JLGB is incredibly rewarding, particularly because I have the exciting opportunity to drive the development of JLGB Local Groups and Experiences.
Why are you excited to work for JLGB?
My role allows me to take everything to the next level by introducing new branding, concepts, and creative ideas. I’m passionate about ensuring that every experience we offer is not only memorable but also impactful, helping to create the best possible opportunities for Jewish youth across the country. Whether it's through building stronger connections within our existing groups or launching entirely new initiatives, my focus is always on improving the experiences and making a difference in the lives of the young people we serve.
What is your favourite JLGB moment?
One of my most unforgettable JLGB moments was leading the Israel Tour in 2023. It was an experience like no other—connecting with young people, exploring the rich culture and history of Israel, and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of travel and shared experiences. That trip stands out as a highlight of my time with JLGB, and it’s something I’ll always look back on with pride and gratitude.
Tell us about your role within JLGB
In my role, I’m primarily responsible for the expansion and development of JLGB Local Groups. This includes everything from opening new groups and conceptualising unique initiatives to overseeing branding, recruitment, and programming. I also work closely with our teams to engage and maintain high levels of participation across all JLGB provisions and events. The goal is always to create spaces where young people can thrive, make lasting memories, and feel supported in their growth and development. From developing strategic plans to managing the day-to-day logistics, I am deeply committed to ensuring that our offerings continue to evolve and meet the needs of our community.
Every day brings a new challenge and new opportunities to innovate, and I’m proud to contribute to an organisation that has such a positive and lasting impact on the Jewish youth community.
