The Role:
We’re hiring Youth Workers to deliver inspiring, weekly programmes for Jewish young people aged 8–16.
From lunchtime clubs and afterschool adventures to evening Groups, you’ll run sessions full of creativity, leadership and fun. You’ll also help with recruitment and outreach – giving young people skills for life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead weekly lunchtime, afterschool & evening youth group sessions
- Create fun, inclusive, and safe environments for young people
- Support parent communications, attendance tracking & behaviour management
- Attend recruitment events
- Additional paid hours available through DofE delivery & admin days
We’re Looking For
- Passion for youth work and the Jewish community
- Confidence leading groups & managing behaviour
- Friendly, organised, and engaging
- Driving licence essential – you’ll travel between venues during the day
- Available approx. 15 hours/week during term time, with paid training in August 2025
