Grants and Contracts Officer


Salary: Pro rata £23,000 - £25,000
Contract: Part time, 2-3 days per week
Location: Hybrid working at the JLGB Office in London (E18) and at home. 

 

JLGB are fortunate to have secured grants and contracts from major funders and youth achievement awards and are looking for a part time Grants & Contracts Officer to manage reporting schedules and compile high quality reports.

You will have experience of impact measurement and evaluation through writing engaging funding reports and excellent organisation skills to manage the timeline of application and reporting deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication and relationship management skills to build rapport with existing funders.

The role also involves supporting the JLGB fundraising team in securing and implementing additional contracts and services in support of our mission and objectives.

Sound research and analytical skills

Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with external stakeholders and funders

Experience of writing grant applications and contract proposals

Outstanding organisational skills, initiative and strong attention to detail

Previous experience working in/with youth organisations

Experience writing reports and contract management

Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce 

Good IT skills, including the Microsoft suite

 

Experience in project / contract monitoring and evaluation
