Grants and Contracts Officer
Salary: Pro rata £23,000 - £25,000
Contract: Part time, 2-3 days per week
Location: Hybrid working at the JLGB Office in London (E18) and at home.
JLGB are fortunate to have secured grants and contracts from major funders and youth achievement awards and are looking for a part time Grants & Contracts Officer to manage reporting schedules and compile high quality reports.
You will have experience of impact measurement and evaluation through writing engaging funding reports and excellent organisation skills to manage the timeline of application and reporting deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication and relationship management skills to build rapport with existing funders.
The role also involves supporting the JLGB fundraising team in securing and implementing additional contracts and services in support of our mission and objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the grant application and reporting schedule
- Creating compelling impact reports for our trustees and grant givers,
ensuring they feel valued and engaged in the work we do - Managing relationships with contract providers and project funders
- Crafting persuasive written communications
- Work with the finance team to generate expenditure reports
- Using analytics to inform fundraising strategies and impact evaluation
