Remuneration: From £1,539 a month (age dependent)
Reporting to: A member of JLGB’s Senior Team (varies depending on specialism)

Whether you're interested in communications, digital systems, programme delivery or social action, this role will give you valuable professional and personal development as part of a supportive and passionate team.
This is a unique opportunity to shape your own internship based on your interests and skills, with the option to specialise in areas such as:
- Social Media & Marketing
- Digital Systems & Tech Support
- Youth Programme Delivery
- Events Planning
- Communications & Copywriting
- Community Engagement & Outreach
Key Responsibilities (dependent on specialism):
- Create engaging social media content, graphics, and schedules
- Write copy for newsletters, web, blog and promotional materials
- Support development and implementation of digital systems and internal platforms
- Assist in planning and delivering events, training seminars and residentials
- Work with young people and partners to support youth volunteering and DofE awards
- Provide admin support, answer queries and contribute to team meetings
- Monitor analytics and performance to inform strategic planning
- Help design new initiatives and contribute to a creative working environment

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Passionate about youth empowerment, volunteering and/or Jewish community life
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Familiarity with IT tools and digital platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Organised, reliable and willing to learn
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience using social media platforms for content creation
- Basic graphic design or video editing (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Premiere Pro)
- HTML, PHP, or other web development skills
- Previous involvement with JLGB or similar youth organisations
- Understanding of the needs of faith and culturally diverse communities
