What does JLGB mean to you?
JLGB has been a cornerstone of my life, where I’ve made lifelong friends and found a second family. It’s a place that inspires me daily, helping me grow while I watch others benefit and thrive. JLGB holds a special place in my heart, reminding me why I love what I do.
Why are you excited to work for JLGB?
Working for JLGB is incredibly fulfilling because it’s shaped who I am today. Being able to give back and create the same transformative opportunities that had such a positive impact on my life is both exciting and meaningful.
What is your favourite JLGB moment?
One of the most valuable experiences in my JLGB journey was participating in the Duke of Edinburgh’s (DofE) Award as a young person. It helped me grow, build confidence, and meet amazing new people. Now, helping young people embark on that same journey and watching them achieve their goals is something I’m truly proud of.
Tell us about your role within JLGB
I play an active role in delivering JLGB’s programmes, from leading school assemblies to facilitating activities like DofE expeditions and camps. My mission is to inspire young people to explore the incredible opportunities JLGB offers and to help them make the most of their experiences.
