Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 (dependant on experience)
Contract:  Part time and full time options available, immediate start possible
Location: Hybrid working at the JLGB Office in London (E18) and at home. Will require travel around Greater London.

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, JLGB are looking to build a team of charismatic and experienced Charity Partnership Coordinators for its evolve initiative, with excellent and engaging relationship management skills. This unique and exciting opportunity is your chance to be at the forefront of an expanding and innovative community initiative.

The right candidates should be passionate about youth volunteering and social action and have previous experience and skills in building strong partnerships and collaborations. Your role will be to create new, and develop existing relationships with charities, schools, youth groups, synagogues and businesses, working alongside them to develop more impactful and beneficial opportunities for young volunteers.


Responsibilities will include:


Knowledge and Skills/Abilities:



Experience of stakeholder engagement or account management

Experience working in the charity sector or in collaboration with charities

Excellent communication, relationship management and collaboration skills

Experience working in partnership with schools, youth groups or community organisations

Ability to develop project plans, timelines and reports, and to manage own workload whilst collaborating with others

Experience in working with individuals from a range of cultural and faith backgrounds

Confident at networking and identifying collaborative opportunities to foster beneficial partnerships

Interest in developing local, regional and national interfaith relationships and partnerships

Excellent written and verbal communication

 Experience of using social media and digital marketing software

Experience of youth work, particularly youth social action and volunteering



This role may require additional evening and Sunday work.
