Job Title: Digital Systems Intern

The successful candidate will support all of JLGB’s activities through their related systems including evolve, JLGB’s youth volunteering initiative.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Providing support to users of JLGB’s website systems that include multiple CRM, databases, management systems and other features.
  • Managing a range of databases and producing reports with necessary analysis.
  • Testing and subsequent status reporting of systems and websites, to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Being a part of the development of new digital features by thinking creatively in solving real issues and helping JLGB and evolve to achieve its goals.
  • Supporting the management of development projects through owning timelines and plans.
  • Liaising with all of evolve’s stakeholders as a necessary
  • Other appropriate tasks as designated by your line manager



Excellent written and oral communication skills, good telephone manner

HTML, PHP, MySQL Programming Skills 

Good use of Microsoft Office, including online CRM systems and databases

Familiarity with CMS software such as Laravel and Joomla 

Good organisation skills, creative thinking and strong attention to detail

Design software such as photoshop

Understanding of UX frameworks and/or it's importance in web development Understanding of Jewish community and wider youth social action sector

Willingness to the be flexible, helpful and to be hardworking


Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
