Remuneration: From £1,000 per month
Reporting to: Director of Operations
The JLGB are delighted to offer a paid year-long internship for a reliable and enthusiastic person with excellent digital systems skills and a passion in technology and who wants to gain valuable experience. The JLGB is an award-winning charity and this position is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career with some hands on knowledge and understanding of the different communications channels and how they can be used to support the growth of a dynamic organisation.
Tasks:
- Website support and database management
- Support internal system processes
Skills/Personal Qualities required:
- HTML, PHP & MySQL Programming Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, good telephone manner
- Familiarity with Office applications and online resources
- Good organisational skills, creative thinking and strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge and experience of working across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
