Digital System Developer
Location: JLGB's Head Office
Length of Contract: 1 Year, full time (part time options would be considered)
Remuneration: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum
The JLGB are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person with excellent digital systems skills and a passion in technology and who wants to gain valuable experience. The JLGB is an award-winning charity and this position is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career with some hands on knowledge and understanding of supporting, building and developing bespoke systems for a wide range of users – professional staff, volunteers, charity partners and young people - and how they can be used to support the growth of a dynamic organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design, Update and Implementation of JLGB’s Digital Systems
- Maintain JLGB website and systems through CRM
- Project manage externally developed systems
Skills/Experience Required:
Maintenance and Support of IT systems and software – Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
Software development: Programming Languages & Database Technologies: PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript
Skills/Experience Desired:
Server maintenance: Linux (CentOS), DirectAdmin, Office365
Programming Languages, CRM Solutions, Frameworks: Joomla, Wordpress, Java, jQuery, Leaflet.js
Software, CRM, Cloud Solutions: osTicket, Joomla, Magento, Mailchimp, Salesforce, OpenGTS
