Hundreds of young people from all across the UK descended to Colchester for this year's JLGB Summer Camp, called "iCamp". The interactive themed Camp saw participants battling it out to see who was the best fruit ninja, who could beat the temple run and who could defeat the 'alien pigs' using catapults and 'Angry Birds'.
Huge screens kept all campers involved in the magic of Team GB and the Olympics with many themed activities and a special Israel day was also held, where the Chief Rabbi's Munich Prayer to remember the Israeli athletes was recited by young people.
We also had fantastic success with our Northern and Southern junior spring camps for ages 8-11, which included the celebration of the Golden Jubilee and our very own JLGB street party.
Everyone is already excited and gearing up for "Sky Camp", JLGB's Winter Camp extravaganza, which will see 300 bringing in the 2013 New Year with an atmosphere like no other. Details can be found at www.jlgb.org/camp
