Since 1895, the JLGB has been training and developing young Jewish people to become respected leaders, not only in the world of youth services, but in the wider world of employment and business.
JLGB is a Licensed Centre with Open College Network (OCN) who are a national qualification awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA). With 25 years’ experience of accrediting courses for a wide range of centres, they are a market leader in the recognition of learner achievement through credit-based units and qualifications.
Since 2012, JLGB has worked with other organisations such as FZY, Habonim Dror, Streetwise Maccabi and Yeshiva Darchai Torah to accredit their Leadership programmes.
There is a bank of over 2,500 ‘off the shelf’ modules at Entry Level to Level 2 that we have access to, as well as the option to create 'bespoke' units and programmes that meet the needs of the organistaion.
Some examples of the 'off the shelf' modules are: Communication Skills, Risk Management, Safeguarding, Organisation skills, Peer Mentoring, Developing Leadership skills and Teamwork Skills.
We have a sophisticated online system that maps and tracks the training, and a dedicated team of people who will help to not only find a course or module that is right for you, but to also fully administer every award of the accreditation process.
